RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
I(We) hereby agree to vacate rented premises no later then 11:am the day of check -out.
If we are not out by 11:am I(We) stay past 11:am agree to pay $10 every hour we stay over
and if it is pasted 2:pm we will pay for extra day. Before vacating the premises,
I (We) will clean premises thoroughly, which includes the following
1. Empty all garbage into garbage cans/bins
2. Wipe all kitchen surfaces so that they are free of grease and food
3. Place liens and towels in washer and start washer
4. Wash and put away dishes
5. Do not re-arrange furniture. ( $25.00 will be charge to cc
6. Lock all doors, turn off lights,set thermostat to 80 degrees in Summer, Winter to 50 degrees
7. Return keys to our office ( if not returned to office you will be
charge $5 for key replacement
8. Please advise us of repairs that may be need
9. Please do not use gas grill for charcoal grilling. This will run the grill and you will have to
replace it.
10. I(We) if the cabin for the T.V or Satellite is unplug and someone has to come out and fix it
I (we) agree to pay the person $25 for the call
I(We) agree to maintain the property in same condition in which it was found. Reasonable
wear and tear is accepted. I(we) agree to replace or pay for any losses, breakage or
damage should any occur. Management shall not be responsible for damage or loss of
tenant's personal property. I(We) agree that the Credit Card we use to pay for our stay
stands good for any damage done while
we have rented the cabin.
All units are equipped with basic needs such as cooking and housekeeping items. All kitchens
are equipped with coffee maker, microwave, range and refrigerator. Grills are provided for your
enjoyment. Please grill safely. Some units are equipped with washer/dryer Note Air conditioning
and appliances are not guaranteed. Repairs will be made during your stay if possible We will
make every effort to ensure you have an enjoyable stay in our Accommodation Daily maid service
is not included in the rental rate. Additional services can be provided for an additional fee
upon request. Please be aware that you are coming to stay in the middle of the woods. While we
have our cabins treated on a regular basis, it is likely that you will see bugs during your stay.
We are not able to refund your reservation if you see bugs or spiders during your stay.
Our cabins will accommodate a certain number of people, if you have more come with you than the cabin will
accommodate please contact our office in advance. If you have more than allowed there will be $10 per person charge
per person over the allowed number
You will be asked to sign this rental agreement upon check in. Dates are guaranteed
(exception: Act of God,e.g. Fire, mandatory evacuation due to weather) one reservation is made

You will need a photo ID/drivers licensee and the credit card that you made the
reservation with upon check in.
